The Basic Program is suitable for sites which don’t have much content and are not updated with posts on a regular basis. The Standard Program is suitable for busy sites which are updated more than once a week.

FAQs

My Maintenance Plan program is for people who have a WordPress site(s) for their business but don’t have the time or the know-how to keep the site secure from hackers. WordPress is so popular now that hackers continually try to find vulnerabilities which let them destroy peoples sites. There is no reason for them to do this – they do it because they can! If the WordPress version, themes and plugins are not kept updated your site becomes a security risk. Hackers can and will find a way in. I keep updated on these kinds of threats as WordPress so you don’t have to.

I will ask for the WordPress Admin login details and access to your hosting account. All details will be securely stored.

There is no contract period. You can end your subscription if you feel you no longer need the Maintenance Plan. 

Both full backups and database backups are stored in the cloud and on a physical hard drive.
